Information on EMDR and DBR:
Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR):
“EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation—such as side-to-side eye movements—to help the brain safely reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional intensity and vividness.” (EMDR International Association, 1995-2026, https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/)

Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR):
“DBR aims to access and process traumatic experience by tracking the original sequence of physiological responses that occurred when the deep brain had been alerted to a threat or an attachment disruption.” (Deep Brain Reorienting Ltd, 2026, https://www.deepbrainreorienting.com/#)
